We all have dreams. Some happen at night, during the day, at school, hopefully, not while driving. But some dreams are for our lives, our children, and our country. And these kind of dreams can come true by winning 4 key battles.
1) A Plan.
A compass to drive us forward. Without it, dreams are far too large of a destination.
2) Hard work.
Dreams take effort. Good old fashioned sweat and tears.
3) Perseverance.
When it gets tough and the math doesn't add up, the ones who see it through will see something new. And there are so many more.
4) A Veteran
But of all the battles to win when chasing dreams, there is one, and that is paramount. 1st on that list, on any list, for us to accomplish a dream, for a dream to come into reality is a veteran.
On your list to accomplish your dreams is a veteran's name first. Without them, you would not have the freedom to dream. So today, we thank our veterans for allowing us to dream, for laying down yours so we could pick up ours. There is a battle for the freedom to dream. Thanks for winning it.
